At MSB at Ridgeline, our Backyard Sports Club meets twice a week, offering students a fun and active way to develop teamwork and athletic skills. Held in monthly sessions, this club emphasizes friendly competition, skill-building, and inclusive play, all within the supportive environment MSB is known for. The 3v3 backyard style games and tournaments, ensure participants enjoy engaging sports experiences that encourage confidence and camaraderie.

What a week looks like at MSB Backyard Sports

Day 1:

3:00pm - 3:30pm: New Sport Introduction

3:30pm - 3:45pm: Break Into Teams

3:45pm - 4:30pm: Warm Up / Practice

4:30pm - 4:50pm: Round Robin Game 1

4:50pm - 5:00pm: Round Robin Game 2

5:00pm - 5:20pm: Review / Tournament Prep

5:20pm - 5:30pm: Pick Up

Day 2:

3:00pm - 3:30pm: Break Into Teams / Review

3:30pm - 4:00pm: Warm Up / Practice

4:00pm - 4:20pm: Tournament Game 1

4:20pm - 4:40pm: Tournament Game 2

4:40pm - 5:00pm: Tournament Game 3

5:00pm - 5:20pm: Highlights / Awards

5:20pm - 5:30pm: Pick Up

  • $200/month

  • Each session is one month long, and the club meets twice a week (8 meetings).

  • Soccer, basketball, baseball, football, tennis, volleyball, track and field, and kickball, and many others. All with a backyard sports flare!

  • Each week of the session a new sport is introduced, practiced and played. The final week of the session (week 4) there is a big tournament that showcases all the sports for that session.

  • Q: WHAT IS THE AGE RANGE FOR MSB CAMPS?

    • A: Our camp is designed for children ages Kindergarten – 8th Grade.

    Q: WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR?

    • A: Lightweight, breathable clothing. Sturdy shoes are recommended for outdoor activities, and hats or caps are encouraged for sun protection.

    Q: WHAT IS THE STAFF-TO-CAMPER RATIO?

    • A: We maintain a low staff-to-camper ratio to ensure personalized attention and supervision for every child.

    Q: WHAT WELLNESS AND SAFETY MEASURES ARE IN PLACE?

    • A: We prioritize camper safety by implementing regular hydration breaks, providing shaded areas for rest, and monitoring weather conditions closely. Campers are encouraged to drink water frequently.

    Q: WHAT MEDICAL & SAFETY SUPPORT IS ON SITE?

    • A: Safety and medical supplies are on campus at all times.
